SHIPPING POLICIES
We normally ship within 1 business day after receiving the order, unless its a weekend or that specifically variety is out of stock in our Cafes and its coming directly from the farm.
We use DHL Express service to ship all the orders around the world. Depends on your location it could take 48 to 72 hours to deliver. If there is a National Holiday this could delay the delivery.
After placing an order you will receive and email confirming it and with the Invoice. You will then receive and email notifying that the order has been shipped with the tracking number.
IMPORTANT: Depending on the country there may be import taxes for coffee. This taxes have nothing to do with El Injerto. DHL will contact the customer to let them know about the amount and how to pay the local taxes.

RETURNS
Because coffee is a living and perishable product we cant accept returns. If you are not happy with your coffee please contact us with your order number within 30 days after your purchase and let us know the issue. We will be happy to change your coffee or return your money.
If by an unfortunate reason your order is lost will happily send you a new order or return your money if you request it.
COFFEE INFO
We at El Injerto are proud to sell only what we produce., we do not buy coffee from other producers to guarantee the quality of our coffee. We know this coffee since it was a little seed and track all the steps until it goes to your cup.
Because we do not buy coffee from no one we may ran out of stock of some varieties for the season and we will have to wait until next harvest.
It is an 8 hour drive from the farm so we receive freshly roasted coffee from the farm every 3 days, perfect time for coffee to degas and be on its optimal drinking conditions.
All our coffee is 100% produced, processed, roasted and packed at the farm in Huehuetenango, Guatemala by happy people grown at the farm.
All our coffees are roasted Light Medium to appreciate at best the characteristics of the varieties, except the Espresso Bland that its a Little bit darker.
All our coffee is shipped by the bean for better fresheness. We do not add any artificial flavor to our coffee.
All our coffee is Rain Forest Alliance Certified and the farm is Carbon Neutral Certified.
All the coffees have a small description of cup profile but this is totally subjective, not all of us will taste the same flavors.
