Catuai Amarelo (Roasted Coffee)
This variety comes from the crossing Caturra Amarelo and Mundo Novo in Brazil. It is a washed or wet process. This coffee will give you a very nice, clean, elegant cup, well balanced with notes of watermelon and chocolate, nice grapefruit acidity and long aftertaste.
This variety is not common in Guatemalan coffee production, the majority es red catuai. Although very similar in size and production the cup profile is different from the red one.
