High altitude coffee, grown at 1670 masl at El Injerto coffee Estate at Region 208. At an average temperature of 18º C to 22ºC and precipitation of 1650mm. Hand-picked during the months of January, February and March by expert pickers.
Process in our wet and dry mill with extra care using a combination of traditional methods with top of the line technology. Our quality team do a strict control in every step of the process to guarantee the flavors and potential of this variety.
The combination of genetic, microclimate and process results on a delicate body and creamy texture; refined acidity and sweet touches such as jasmine and tropical fruits, balanced cup with good structure and optimal profile for demanding palates. Winner of the 1st place Cup of Excellence of 2006, 3rd in 2008, 2nd in 2009 and 3rd in 2010.
