(Rainbow Trout)

Thanks to the environmental care provided by El Injerto, the area of the farm has many totally clean natural hydraulic resources, one of which is exploited to produce rainbow trout. The trout requires extremely cold temperatures, hard, well oxygenated waters, and completely pure. At present the trout is sold in restaurants in Guatemala City.

This project is a basis for the development of the area, since it can be used as a stepping stone for a new food alternative for people in the region.
