El Injerto is very concerned with environmental issues, and thus every year we plant thousands and thousands of native species in areas which were used before for low-yield plantings, but having a high environmental impact.

The varieties planted are: Pine, cypress, walnut, and fir trees (Abiens guatemalensis).
